your order is ready to ship. In arranged circumstances, we will accept
a personal check.

The Moongazer web site represents the most up to date pricing information
on all of our products (thereby superceding all printed literature prices).
Prices are subject to change without notice and we are not responsible
for typographical errors.
Returns
We desire 100% customer satisfaction. A full refund of the purchase
price of an item may be received if the item is returned in its original
condition within 30 days of receiving your order. If returning an item,
please write the reason for the return on the back of your packing
slip and include it in your package. If the packing slip is not
available, please use a piece of paper and write down the order

Shiping cost is only refunded if the return resulted from an
error on our part. For your protection, we recommend the use of
UPS to guard against loss or theft. We also recommend contacting
returns@moongazer.com prior to returning an item as an alternate

Moongazer Incorporated.
